Canine Seizure Medication

Vic and I are animal lovers. Sometimes we prefer the company of our dogs to the company of humans! Just saying. We have lost some of our best canine friends to old age and cancer. It’s pain that you can only understand if you’ve been through it. In this article, I’m going to review a product for you that is a game changer when it comes to all kinds of symptoms and illnesses your pets may have and what you can do to help them. We use this as a canine seizure medication but there are numerous uses for your pet. It is a natural pain relief for dogs, cats and other animals.

If you decide you want to try this product and you click on the link below, I will receive a small commission for my review. I will never recommend something that I don’t absolutely believe in. If it’s good enough for our Lucy girl, it’s good enough for all pets…even horses!

Pain and Your Beloved Pet

One of the hardest things for us has always been to know when our dogs are in pain. They are stoic and hide their pain as a survival instinct. In the wild, they would never want to appear weak so, they put on a happy face for as long as they can.

We now have the smallest 2 dogs we have ever owned (see them in the picture!). Lucy is an 11 pound rescued Chihuahua Terrier Mix. She is the spunkiest of all the dogs we’ve had and she’s incredibly loving and funny.

She was found on a busy street when she was 4 months old and we got her from the rescue organization that found her. She is the alpha to her subordinate named Joey. He was found on the steps of the humane society in a box with his siblings when he was about 3 months old. He’s a Chihuahua Puggle mix. He’s strong like a bull. Lucy, on the other hand, has health issues.

Canine Seizure Medication

When Lucy was still under a year old, we noticed a behavior that resembled seeing lots of flies in the air and then getting scared and running under furniture. Her vet examined her and said he suspected that she was having seizures.

We took her to a canine neurologist and they prescribed a heavy-duty canine seizure medication for her. It seemed to cut down the number of incidences she had but, she was still seizing. After a lot of research on the internet, I found a natural formula of CBD for dogs from the hemp plant that was showing very promising results.

I talked to Lucy’s vet and gave him the information on Canna-Pet. He recommended that we give it a go! Well, it’s been 4 years and Lucy rarely has a seizure any longer and previously, she would have at least 1 every day. She no longer takes the prescription meds, she doesn’t need them.

Canna-Pet is organic, Non-GMO, vegan, safe to use with any other medications and addresses a host of other ills in your beloved pets. Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine reports:

95% of pet owners report that it provides pain relief a moderate amount or a lot.

92.8% report nervous system support

92% state that it reduces convulsions/seizures

91.9 say that it reduces inflammation

88.8% report better sleep

83.2 say that it reduces anxiety

82.3 state that it reduced vomiting and nausea

78.6 say it reduces muscle spasms

It also helps with digestive tract issues and phobias.

The Journal of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association published this very interesting article regarding Cannabis for pets. You can find it here:

Canna-Pet offers a money back guarantee. There is no THC (the stuff that makes you high) in Canna-Pet so, zero psychoactivity for your pet. It is legal to purchase and is covered by most pet medical insurance policies with veterinary approval and it is the only pet products with two dozen terpenes and cannabinoids beyond just CBD  for dogs to produce what’s called Canna-Pet® Entourage Effect.

It is the only canine seizure medication that has worked for our beloved Lucy.

I loved reading about Canna Pet. I have 3 cats and can’t imagine anything happening to them. I would definitely try it based on what you said in your article. Oh, and Joey and Lucy are adorable! What other pet products do you absolutely love?

    1. Thanks for your comments Kelly! Canna-Pet is amazing!!!
Probably my second favorite product is HeartGuard. It protects them from heartworm disease which they can get from a mosquito bite! If you have indoor cats and no mosquitos in your home, your cats are most likely safe. Check with your veterinarian to be sure. I also love human grade food. Joey and Lucy eat a brand called EverMore. We add a little roasted chicken for extra protein:-)

I’m so glad I read this! It explains why my pup was so chill when she broke her arm. I thought it was just shock but it makes sense that it is instinctually protective! I had never heard of this product before so I’m glad I ran into this post!

    1. Thanks for your comments Ali! Yes, dogs don’t want to show pain. They will try their best to hide it. Please keep me posted if you decide to try Canna-Pet!

  4. Good Morning Diana,

In 1981 I moved into my old Spanish farm. There is a lot of space so a real paradise for humans, dog, and cats. At the moment I have old Missu who came walking in as a baby in 1995. Sasha who was abandoned at the main gate some 500m away from my house at the age of 4 weeks old in 2010.Jasmin whom I saved from the middle of the road, also 4 weeks old, in 2013. Then I have my dear Rottweiler lady Cindy, she came from the dog refugee place in 2007, she was 1 year old.
Michael and his cat Shugar emigrated to Spain in Aug 2016. Just recently we nearly lost her because of using that awful product Frontline. She is now drinking arcilla = clay water and gets a CBD drop a day with a little tuna. Slowly but surely she is recovering.
Thank you for talking about Cannabis on your website, one has to spread the good news.
